CONSTRUCTION SITE VISITATION

The majority of Burmese migrant workers are illegal immigrants although some
are legal and hold migrant work permits issued by the Thai Royal Govt. The
sites for which we made visitations are located on the outskirts of Bangkok
and many of them often do not receive wages for their workforce. Due to this, these
people encounter daily livelihood difficulties. So we visit them and distribute basic
food supplies such as rice, canned fish, oil and salt for these people. Moreover,
we went to those isolated places to talk and give encouragement to them as often they
have social, family and the vast majority, financial problems.
These people come to find a better livelihood in Thailand for they have difficulties in Myanmar.
